Casa Atmos #1096 and Casa Atmos #6022, are both located in the Montelimar Calle Blancos Urbanization in Guadalupe, San José, we offer you what you need, rooms with 24 hour internal and external security.

Rates for rooms range from $150 USD to $400 USD
per month per person or from $15 USD to $40 USD per night per person.
Prices vary according to whether you choose a furnished or unfurnished room

-Standard Room: A small room with communal washing facilities and hot water.   (Toilet, shower and wash hand basin) Furnished (single bed, bedside table, closet) $150 per month per person or $15 per night per person. 

-Medium Sized Single: larger than the standard room and includes an en-suite bathroom, with toilet, wash hand basin and shower with hot water. Furnished (single bed, bedside table, closet and television) $200 per month per person or $20 per night per person.

-Medium Plus Size Room: larger than the medium sized room with an en-suite bathroom: toilet, wash hand basin and shower with hot water.  Furnished (double bed, bed side table, closet and television TV) $300 per month per person or $30 per night per person.

-Suite: a mini apartment that is larger than the medium plus sized room. The suite features and en-suite bathroom: toilet, wash hand basin and shower with hot water. Furnished (double bed, bed side table and closet) $400 per person per month or $40 per night per person. 

The urbanization also offers a laundry area offering laundry services, room cleaning and ironing of clothes. Please note that these services are not included in the rates for the rooms.
If you would like to rent a room for two people the fee is charged the rate of 75% (the equivalent of a person and a half) per night or per month.
In addition we also have wireless WIFI internet connection and cable television.
